Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days via USPS. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order is on the way.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We’re happy to correct an address before your order ships, but once a package has been handed to USPS, we’re not able to redirect it. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout are not eligible for free replacement or refund.
International Shipping
International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing, local postal delays, and tracking handoffs between postal systems. Once a package leaves the United States, tracking may update less consistently.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local delivery fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are not collected by Alice Rise.
Refusing or failing to pay customs charges does not cancel the order. If a package is returned to us because customs charges were refused or left unpaid, any refund will be issued only after the item is returned to us in original condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping, customs, or carrier fees charged to Alice Rise may be deducted from the refund.
International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
Returns
We want you to love your jewelry. Most unworn items are eligible for return within 10 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at jessica@alicerise.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Returns must be approved before being mailed back.
Returned items must be:
- unworn
- in original condition
- returned in their original packaging when possible
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. For approved domestic returns, we can provide a prepaid USPS return label and deduct a flat return shipping fee of $6.95 from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Custom-length pieces, sale items, and discontinued pieces may be final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Once an order has shipped, transit times and routing are handled by USPS. Occasionally, packages may take longer than expected or show unusual tracking updates.
If your package appears delayed, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help monitor tracking. Domestic USPS packages are generally eligible for review after 15 calendar days from the mailing date. This does not automatically mean a package is considered lost; packages that are still moving through the USPS system may still be treated as delayed.
International packages are not considered lost until 30 calendar days after mailing for Canada and 45 calendar days after mailing for other international destinations. If your package has not arrived by then, please contact us and we’ll review the tracking and determine the best next step.
If your package has not arrived after the applicable waiting period, we’ll review the tracking and help determine the next step. Depending on the situation and item availability, this may mean continuing to monitor the shipment, filing a USPS claim or missing mail request, sending a replacement, issuing store credit, or refunding the order if no replacement is available.
Marked Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with your household, neighbors, building, mailbox area, and local post office. USPS can occasionally mark packages delivered shortly before they physically arrive, so we recommend allowing 24–48 hours.
We’ll always do our best to help, but Alice Rise is not responsible for packages after they are marked delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Please keep the item, mailer, and packaging until the issue is resolved, since USPS may request them for a claim.
We’ll make it right with a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation and item availability.
